Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in working together. Please review the following terms before scheduling. Appointments All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are not accepted. You'll receive a confirmation email upon booking with a link to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your session. Cancellations under 12 hours or no-shows may forfeit any deposits or incur a rebooking fee. Payment Paid sessions must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment is nonrefundable unless canceled within the allowed window. Scope & Fit Discovery calls are exploratory and do not guarantee a working relationship. All services are subject to availability and alignment. I reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside my values or capacity. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property All client conversations, drafts, and documents are confidential. For ghostwriting and memoir clients, a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Work-for-Hire Agreement will be issued upon project initiation. Clients retain full ownership of final approved content once payment is complete. Usage Rights I may request permission to share anonymized or excerpted samples of client work in my portfolio, with prior written consent. No personal stories or sensitive materials will ever be shared without express approval.
